Disclosures
Important legal and financial disclosures · Effective date: March 30, 2026 · Last updated: July 11, 2026
1. Company status
Reinx, Inc. (“Reinx”) is a financial technology company. Reinx is not a bank, savings institution, credit union, trust company, or any other type of depository institution. Reinx does not hold deposits, issue credit, or operate as a licensed money transmitter.
Virtual card services are not currently active. If activated, card services will be provided through an identified issuing partner under terms presented before use. Wallet infrastructure, USD on-ramp/off-ramp, stablecoin conversion, and KYC/KYB onboarding are provided through Dakota, a FinCEN-registered Money Services Business. Wallets are non-custodial: Reinx holds the ECDSA P-256 signing keys (in AWS KMS-backed infrastructure) that authorize each transaction; customers can revoke Reinx's signing authority at any time via Dakota's signer-group management. If virtual cards are activated, card issuing services will be provided by the issuing-bank partner identified in the applicable card terms.
2. FDIC insurance disclosure
Your funds are not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).
Reinx uses a canonical RD balance in Dakota-operated wallets. Supported inbound USDC receive channels may normalize deposits into RD. These are digital assets, not traditional bank balances, and are not covered by FDIC insurance or any other government insurance program.
About RD
RD is the canonical dollar-denominated asset used for current Reinx balances on Dakota infrastructure. It is a digital asset, not a bank deposit, and is not guaranteed by any government entity. Availability, conversion, and redemption are subject to Dakota's supported services and terms.
About USDC
USDC is supported as an interoperability and receive asset on configured EVM and Solana channels. Incoming USDC may be converted into the canonical RD balance. USDC remains a digital asset and is not guaranteed by any government entity.
Risk acknowledgment
By using the Reinx platform, you acknowledge that your funds may be subject to the risk of stablecoin de-pegging, issuer insolvency, or regulatory action that could affect the value or accessibility of your balance. Reinx is not responsible for losses arising from stablecoin value fluctuations or issuer failures.
Redemption rights
Supported withdrawals may convert the canonical balance to U.S. dollars and send funds through a linked bank rail. Eligibility, limits, conversion terms, processing time, and any applicable provider fees are displayed before confirmation.
3. Payment network disclosures
- Card network:Virtual cards are currently Coming Soon. If activated, cards will operate on the network identified in the applicable issuing terms and will be subject to that network's rules and dispute procedures.
- Card issuer: Reinx is not a card issuer. The issuing entity and applicable licence terms will be disclosed before any virtual card is activated.
- Interchange: Reinx Card interchange terms are not active today and will depend on the selected issuing program. Reinx will not represent a specific rate until that program is active.
4. Stablecoin rewards program disclosure
- Rewards program: Reinx may offer eligible users a cash back rewards program calculated in relation to their stablecoin account balance. Rewards are funded by Reinx and distributed at Reinx's discretion.
- Not an investment: The rewards program is a platform feature, not a securities offering, investment product, deposit account, or interest-bearing account. Reward rates are variable, not guaranteed, and may change or be discontinued at any time without prior notice. Past reward rates do not guarantee future rewards.
- Rewards eligibility: The rewards program is available only to users on eligible paid subscription tiers (Pro and Enterprise) when the feature is activated. Free-tier users do not participate in the rewards program.
- Tax implications: Rewards earned may be taxable income. Reinx does not provide tax advice. Consult a qualified tax professional regarding your specific situation. Reinx will provide tax documentation (such as Form 1099) as required by applicable law.
5. Cryptocurrency and blockchain disclosures
- Blockchain transparency: Cryptocurrency transactions on public blockchains (including Base, Solana, and other supported networks) are publicly visible. Anyone can view wallet addresses, transaction amounts, and transaction histories. Reinx cannot prevent third-party access to publicly available blockchain data.
- Transaction irreversibility: Once a cryptocurrency transaction is confirmed on a blockchain, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or recalled by Reinx or any party. Exercise caution when approving agent wallet transactions.
- Gas fees: Blockchain transactions require gas fees paid to network validators. At launch, Reinx sponsors all gas fees. In the future, transparent per-transaction network fees may be introduced and will be clearly disclosed before execution.
- Regulatory environment: The regulatory landscape for cryptocurrency is rapidly evolving. Future laws, regulations, or enforcement actions may affect the availability, functionality, or legality of certain wallet features or stablecoin services.
6. AI agent disclosures
- Agent autonomy:AI agents operating on the Reinx platform may make financial decisions and execute transactions with varying degrees of autonomy. While Reinx provides robust controls (budgets, per-payment caps, approval workflows, velocity limits, and agent pause controls), the behaviour of AI agents depends on their underlying models, prompts, and configurations, which are controlled by you — not by Reinx.
- Prompt injection risk: AI agents may be vulnerable to prompt injection attacks where malicious content attempts to manipulate agent behaviour. Reinx’s controls are enforced at the infrastructure level (not the AI layer), providing protection even if an agent is compromised. However, no system is perfectly secure.
- Agent Health Scores: Agent Health Score is a planned capability and is not currently calculated or displayed. If introduced, its methodology and any intended use will be disclosed before activation; no current eligibility decision relies on a score.
- AI copilot: The Reinx Assistant provides conversational answers from permitted dashboard data and links users to existing workflows. It cannot create agents, change policies, approve transactions, or move money. Assistant responses do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Always exercise independent judgment and consult qualified professionals for important decisions.
7. E-Sign consent
By creating a Reinx account, you consent to conduct business electronically and to receive electronic records, disclosures, notices, and communications from Reinx and its service providers in connection with your account and the Services. You agree that electronic records satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
To receive electronic communications, you need a device with internet access, a current web browser with cookies enabled, and a valid email address. You may withdraw your consent to electronic communications by contacting [email protected], but withdrawal may result in termination of your account, as the Services require electronic communication to function.

- Know Your Customer (KYC): Relevant customer and organization representatives must complete the verification required for financial access. Dakota and its applicable verification providers conduct KYC/KYB onboarding for the current wallet and funding services.
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML): Dakota and other applicable financial providers perform transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and related compliance controls for the services they provide. Reinx may enforce additional platform controls and cooperate with lawful provider or government requests. Transactions may be delayed or declined.
- OFAC compliance: Dakota and other applicable financial providers screen relevant customers and transactions against sanctions lists, including those maintained by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control.
- Stablecoin regulation: Reinx monitors and prepares for applicable federal and state regulations governing stablecoins, including the GENIUS Act (signed into law July 2025, with compliance obligations effective no earlier than January 2027). The regulatory landscape for stablecoins continues to evolve, and Reinx will adapt its practices as required by final regulations.
- Regulation E (error resolution): Error-resolution rights depend on the applicable account, transaction rail, provider, and law. Virtual card services are not currently active; any card error-resolution terms will be provided before activation. If you believe an error occurred on a supported transfer, contact us at [email protected] and consult the terms presented by the provider for that transaction.
